Check the complete dcld-sk- key and its enabled state. Use Authorization: Bearer <key> without literal quotes around the key. env_key takes the environment variable name, not its secret value.
Check the final host and path. GET /v1/models is a read-only key check, but may return quota or account-state errors rather than 200. Multiple services share the same error JSON shape; it does not prove the source.
