Reconcile model, group, usage, cache, charges and CSV by request ID.

Usage page and export
The usage page provides request ID, time, model and group, status, input/output tokens, actual MA charges, latency and cache reports. Media may also show units and quantities. Export filtered CSV for records; missing cache reports do not become zero hits.
Steps
Match by request ID first, then compare time, model, usage and cost. Missing upstream usage may produce ledger estimates; do not reconcile by time alone or reprice media using only tokens. Console session APIs exist internally but are not public balance/usage APIs authenticated with API keys.
